As a Nationally Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Jennifer promotes positive behavior change to improve health and well-being by focusing on the key elements of daily nutrition, movement, and lifestyle.
During a 20+ year career in law and corporate communications consulting, she found herself navigating her own personal health challenges and researching effective tools and strategies to implement between medical appointments to create sustainable change. She now has the opportunity to share her lifelong passion for health, her lived experience and her training with others while also doing her small part to tackle our nation’s growing health crisis.
Jennifer lives in Los Angeles with her husband, daughter and their French Bulldog, Thor.
